Produced from a 12 year old vine in the high grounds of La Seca. Loam soil, rich in pebbles, with a yield of 6,000 kg/hectare.
Production
A short and gentle maceration, of some 10 days, and subsequent ageing in a deposit on lees with batonnage for 6 months.
Tasting
A wine that is attractive both visually and aromatically, with sweetness in the mouth and plenty of personality.
